My name is Daniel Harreld. I grew up in Gluckstadt, where my mother’s family is one of the original German families who started Gluckstadt. I graduated from Canton Academy in 2011. I received a Bachelor’s of Science in U.S. History as a Phi Alpha Theta along with a minor in English Literature from Mississippi College in 2016.
Throughout college I worked for my family’s construction company, AJ Construction Inc., who specializes in house pads, tree clearing, asphalt, etc. I have also done carpentry off and on for the past five years. Once out of college I worked at a law firm in Madison for two years. I now specialize in residential and commercial realty in and around Hinds, Madison, Rankin, and Yazoo counties.
I currently reside in the town of Flora with my wife, two dogs, and our baby daughter. I am an avid reader of history and constantly love to learn something new. I love antique stores and anything old that has a story. You can find me doing anything outdoors with my family whether it be hunting, fishing, grilling, etc.
