Bowers Breazeale

Bowers Breazeale believes some of the best conversations begin with real estate. Whether she's walking a piece of land, touring a home, or sitting down to explain the buying process, she genuinely enjoys getting to know people and helping them feel confident in one of the biggest financial decisions they'll ever make.

Originally from Canton, Mississippi, Bowers now lives in Lake Caroline and serves buyers and sellers throughout Central Mississippi. Before launching her real estate career, she studied Business with a minor in Marketing while also managing social media for Hopper. That experience gave her an early understanding of the industry and the relationships that make a successful real estate business long before she earned her real estate license.

Bowers quickly made her mark, closing more than $7 million in sales during her first year in real estate. While she's proud of that accomplishment, she's even more grateful for the relationships that have come from helping clients achieve their goals.

Her first passion in real estate was land, an area where few women have built a strong presence. Bowers enjoys helping clients evaluate recreational property, homesites, and acreage while continuing to grow her residential business across Central Mississippi. Whether someone is searching for their first home, a family property, or a tract of land they've dreamed about owning for years, she enjoys helping clients understand the possibilities each property offers.

Education is one of the parts of real estate Bowers enjoys most. She believes informed clients make confident decisions, so she takes time to explain the process, answer questions, and help people understand the long-term value of real estate ownership and investment. Her goal is never simply to complete a transaction. It's to make sure every client walks away feeling empowered and well cared for.

Bowers and her husband, Joseph, are both proud REALTORS® with Hopper, and together they share a passion for serving clients across Mississippi. Real estate has become a true family business, and they enjoy representing the Hopper brand while helping people across the communities they call home.

Outside of work, Bowers enjoys trying new restaurants, needlepoint, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
